Gartec is the UK’s leading supplier and installer of platform lifts.
Challenge
To create a new corporate identity for Gartec which reflects the company’s positioning in the market place and underlines a track record for innovation, quality and design. The corporate identity would be adopted across a new website, brochures and stationery.
The new identity had to be in place for Interbuild 2007, the construction industry’s premier trade show. buzz was also commissioned to design the exhibition stand as a corporate showcase for a new lift for the home.

Approach
Strongly influenced by Scandinavian design, Gartec sought a clean, streamlined look. Using striking colours, strong photography and minimal copy, a high impact corporate identity took shape. New stationery and product brochures were in place in time for Gartec to exhibit at Interbuild.
The open plan exhibition stand, featuring the new corporate identity and graphics, created a bold backdrop for the company’s lifts. After the show, the new website was launched to echo the new corporate identity.
Result
With the new strong and bold corporate identity, the company made an amazing debut at the show. Several hundred enquiries and highly positive interest from the construction industry proved that Gartec had made a powerful and effective statement.
